British multi billionaire Sir James Dyson who is best known for his inventing and designing bought a massive countryside home that is big enough to contain 17,900 normal flat homes, nearly 18,000 normal flats homes.

Sir Dyson who is best known for his work as the inventor of Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner which works on a principle of cyclonic separation. According to Sunday Times Rich List 2020, he is currently Britain's richest person with an estimated net worth of £16.2bn–US$20 billion.
He served as the provost of the royal college of art from August 2011 to July 2017,then he opened a university called the Dyson Institute Of Engineering and Technology.

The inventor and industrial designer, at 73 years old has three kids, lives in Dodington Park, a 300-acre Georgian estate in Gloucs which he bought for £15 million in 2003.

Years after acquiring this mansion worths millions, he bought Singapore's most expensive flat for £43 million after he relocated his company to Singapore, he was criticized for moving his company to Singapore after backing Brexit.

Weeks after it was reported that he had bought the city's most expensive penthouse, a news paper company, Strait Times Newspaper reported that the billionaire has purchased a US$45 million–£26.5 million bungalow opposite Singapore's Unesco listed Botanica garden. A brochure for the apartment which is called the Botanica Residence by designers at Guz Architecture company shows a swimming pool winding it way around the house, and also a waterfall cascading through the building.

According to the Architecture company's website,
“We made use of large cantilever and horizontal planes to make the building float and give lightness when viewed from the road, Upon entry the rear conceals a sunken courtyard and pool to allow light into the basement, a human scale and comfort is achieved through the use of warm materials and allowance for cross ventilation.

The Strait Times said that for foreigners and permanent residents to be allowed to purchase landed properties in the city, they must have made exceptional economic contributions in Singapore.

The 21,108 sq feet property features a 12 metre swimming pool,roof terrace, cabana Jacuzzi, bar facilities,600-bottle Wine Cellar, 2 kitchens and an entertainment room.

It has a 24-hour butler service which will assist the owner with the major house chores, chores like chattering a yatch or a private jet, or making arrangements for a private chef to cater for dinner,birthday or any parties that is to be held by the owners.
When he was asked about the former property he had purchased in UK, his spokesperson said, "Given the decision to locate the headquarters in Singapore and the growing focus of the company's business in the region, of course James has bought a property there".

Dyson who invented the bagless vacuum cleaner is working on an electric car.
Dyson employee:12,000 as at 2018, the Dyson company is a private company. 

Apart from his inventing and designing, Dyson is also for his billionaire luxury lifestyle.
