Orlando bloom and Katy Perry welcomes their first child daisy dove bloom in safe and peaceful birth.

Popular US singer, Katy Perry and her husband Orlando Bloom have welcomed their first child daisy dove bloom.The couple announced the news of the safe arrival of the baby and also revealed that the baby is also in a good condition. 

The celebrity couple shared the news with UNICEF, the organization in which they serve as ambassadors to on Thursday August 27.

The parent gushed we are;

“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.

“But we know we're the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was.

“Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or baby dies,mostly from preventable cause. 

“Since Covid-19 many more newborn are at risk of a greater because of lack of access of water,soap,vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases.

“In celebration of our heart we know our daughter already has,we have set up a donation page to celebrate DDB's arrival.

“As UNICEF ambassador, we know UNICEF is there, on ground, doing whatever it takes to make sure that every expecting mother has access to a trained health worker and access to quality health care.

“By supporting UNICEF, you are supporting a safe start to life and reimagining a healthier world for every child.

“We hope your heart can bloom with generosity”.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom first annouced her pregnancy back in March, soon after they shared that were having a baby girl in pink foam gender reveal. Few days before the arrival of the baby, Orlando Bloom told Jimmy Fallon that he was counting down the minutes till the arrival of their baby.

Orlando Bloom who is mainly known for his role in 'Lord Of The Rings' said:

“I'm so excited to have a little daddy's girl, I hope she is going to love me as much as I love her, that daddy girl thing and that love of your life thing is right around there”.
