Joe Biden vows to bring season of darkness to an end as he accepts democratic presidential nomination.

Following Kamala Harris's acceptance as the running mate of Joe Biden presidential nomination, Joe Biden vows to unite a deeply dividing and deviating America as he also accepts the Democratic presidential  nomination.

While giving his speech in the historic Democratic convection, he urged Americans to vote him into power so that the racial injustice,economic fallout and the corona virus pandemic will be tackled and handled appropriately unlike the ways that the present president is doing. 

He Said, 

“Here and now I give you my word, if you entrust me with the presidency, I will draw on the best of us, not the worst, I will be an ally of the light not the darkness.

“United we can, and will overcome this season of darkness in America, We will choose hope over fear, facts over fiction, fairness over privilege”.

He presented the election in November as a battle to save the soul of the nation,he said that the country(The United States) is currently facing four major problems under the Donald Trump administration. 

The Coronavirus Pandemic,The Economic Fallout, Racial Injustice and Climate Change.He said that if he is elected as the America President he would work hard for those who didn't support him, He said, “This is not a partisan moment,This must be an American moment”.

While Joe Biden was Kamala Harris and some were inside the convection ground, others supporters from Biden's hometown sat on their car hoods and trucks waving the american flag and blaring car horns to show support for their friends,townperson and who they describe earlier as Delaware's “Favorite Son”.

Some family members of Biden who weren't know before came out to show and express their support for him and Harris. They described him as a public servant whose empathy and sense of decency has uniquely prepared him for lead a nation which is now compounded with crisis.

Biden sympathized with grieving American citizens who have had  great loss especially because of the covid-19 pandemic hitting hard on the country, he also grieved with those who lost their loved ones to the corona virus saying, 

“I Known how mean and cruel and unfair life can be sometimes, best way through pain and loss and grief is to find purpose”.

The speakers of the convection includes his former rivalry and oppositions who now boldly express their full support for him.

Biden cited the importance of voting was another major focus on the convection amid fears that the pandemic and actions of the Trump administration will make it harder for Americans to cast their ballots ahead of the forth coming election.
