China successfully launches interplanetary mission to Mars.

China has successfully launched it first major mission to Mars which will make them the second country to land a spacecraft on Mars if the journey of the spacecraft is successful through dark space and makes it landing on Mar with connections still intact with China.

The launch begins a seven-month journey through deep space, and once the mission reaches the red planet.

The China mission consist of a Martian orbiter, lander and a rover.They Components launched on top of the Long March 5 from China Wenchang spacecraft launch in the early morning hours of July 23rd. The march 5 is one of China's most powerful rockets.

The mission is named 'Tianwen' which means Question to Heaven.Tianwen-1 is most recent space project that china has carried out as last year they sent a rover to the far side of the Moon.China also has plans at the end of this year to bring back samples from the lunar eclipse.

Once they get to the planet seven months from now, they aim to study the geology of Mars and learn more about and learn more about the realities of the red planet.if the landing is successful,the lander will act as a delivery platform providing a ramp for the rover away and transverse the Martian terrain.

Among other countries who have tried to launch spacecraft on Mars includes the extinct European Union which is the Soviet Union, The Soviet Union Mars 3 spacecraft did land in 1971 and communicated for about 20 seconds before communication was lost between the the Soviet Union and the spacecraft.

The United Nations have been the only country that successfully launched and landed a robotic spacecraft on Mars.

The United Arab Emirates also launched a spacecraft craft recently that is now headed to Mars.
