Facebook Inc is applying dark mode for mobile version.

Following the applying of facebook dark mode to the desktop version of the facebook app, the same dark mode has been released on mobile phone, starting the release on iOS devices and the dark mode is limited to some users as it is not available to all facebook users (at the time of this post) the new update is being tested.

The time that facebook will make the mode public to everyone is not yet announced,as they say that the dark mode was introduced to desktop so as to cut down glare in a low-light environment.

Some users takes the new update as a pleasing one as they hope that the mode is made available, because the dark mode in instagram was developed by facebook Inc who is the parent-company instagram, whatsapp which is under facebook Inc also have a dark mode option in it. The dark mode is eye-pleasing but that not the only reason users are looking forward to use it, the dark mode prevents others from staring at your activities from a distance close to the user and it also helps the battery life of the device as it decreases the power usage of the screen light.
