Scooby Doo skips it theatrical release due to pandemic

The Warner Bros Scooby-Doo animated series is now the latest major film to skip it theatrical release.

The popular and old Warner Bros animated series Scooby-Doo is now the first latest film to skip it theatrical release because of the covid-19 pandemic restrictions that made cinemas to come to an halt putting all it activities also to an halt.

It was reported that the film Will be available to rent or buy on may 15th corresponding with the date that was set for theatres to open in american.

Scooby-Doo animated series has been around for 50 years and since then it has been gaining popularity and views from all around world.
None would say they didn't know,watch,like or love Scooby-Doo since it release 50 years ago,it was part of the entertainment headlines around the world,but now a 2020 episode has been created,and guess what,it has been struck by the lightning of the covid-19 pandemic lockdown,guess it came out the wrong time. 

"Scooby Doo " already scheduled for the theatre was interrupted by the pandemic.
The Warner Bros CEO Ann Sarnoff announced that the ongoing covid-19 has called for creative thinking and adaptability in the way the entertainment giant(Warner Bros) distributes it contents.
According to her;

"why we are all eager to be able to once again show our films in theatre we are navigating new unprecedented times, which calls for creative thinking and adaptability in how we distribute our content.
"we know fans are eager to see Scoob and we are delighted we can deliver this feel-good movie for families to enjoy while they are home together".

A new film called troll world was also said to be released which has already made it debut on video-on-demand service.
Universal Studios(it distributes the "troll world") said the release was it biggest digital release debut.

From May 15th Scooby-Doo will be available for rent $19.99 in the U.S and available in Canada at $24.99.
