US/South African decent billionaire Elon musk has threatened to move the tesla company from California after Alameda County health officials cautioned tesla against it california car factory.
Elon musk who is the CEO of the company tweeted that the company would sue the county and move it head quarters out of states.
Few hours after this tweet,tesla attorney filed a suit in US district court in Northern district of california seeking an injuction against the county's shelter place order.
According to the tweets;
"Tesla is filing a law suit against Alameda County immediately,the inflected and ignorant interim officer Alameda is acting contrary to the government,the president, our constitution freedom and plain common sense".
A spokesperson in Alameda said that the health care services agency and Public health department have been communicating while working closely with tesla to implement and develop safety plan that allows the reopening of the companies factories activities and still protect the health and well being of the thousands of employees working in the factory.
Alameda County spokesperson cited that they had been working with tesla to make sure that the operations in the factory does not affect the health of the people working in the factory, the speaker said that they are looking forward to an agreement between the company and them.
The statement by the spokesperson was made after Elon musk threatens to move Tesla from California and files suit against Alameda County.
Elon musk who always uses twitter, tweeted about facebook some time ago and said facebook was not worth it,has also been involved in some controversy,when he took a tobacco in an interview,and also said he was going to make tesla a private company.
The statement by the Alameda was not referred to the Elon musk or tesla it was referred to the health and well being of the employees working in the factory so as to make sure health standards are followed.
According to the statement;
"We appreciate that our residents and businesses have made tremendous sacrifices and that together we have been able to save lives and protect community health in our region,it us our collective responsibility to move through the phases of reopening and loosening the restrictions of the Shelter-in-place order in the safest ways possible guided by data and science".
Tesla had announced to resume limited operation at OT Fremont facility,that about 30 percent of it work force would be reinstated,but officials in alameda county where Fremont is located,announced that it was still under the shelter-in-place order and Tesla didn't meet it criteria to reopen.
Fremont plant where tesla assembles it Model 3,Model S,Model X, and Model Y vehicles was temporarily closed on March 23rd.then tesla reduced pay for all it employees and put out employees who can't cope with the new unpaid furlough system.
Elon musk tweet to move Tesla from California has made some to wonder what would happen to the ten thousand workers who are working for the company now in California.
This situation is what might have made the county health officials to avoid direct conversation with Elon Musk or Tesla,because of what he might be able to do that would affect the whole of California.
