Talking about Davido's musical career online and in the physical world has become an unending series of conversations which sometimes erupts conflict and also sometimes encourage friendship and love among fans.
The success of davido's musical career has been because of the continuous hardwork and collaborations that he has been pulling off for quite sometime and also having a major record deal with Sony/RCA.

Davido started his musical career at the age of 19 in Lagos,but he explained that he had interest in music when he was still living in the country he was given birth to,Atlanta.
As Atlanta was the birth place of davido which makes him a legal citizen of the United States of America.
Davido moved to Nigeria after completing his secondary education in the States.
When he wanted to start his musical career at first his father was not very supportive and made sure that davido completed his tertiary education which has now been done in Babcock University.
Davido became a public view when he released his first hit song titled "Dami duro" ever since he has been among the leading artist in the nigeria Music Industry,
OBO gained traction into the America Music Industry when he featured Meek Mill in a song titled "Fans Mi" and a worldwide view with the release of "IF" beat produced by tekno,he then released another hit song called "Fall".after the release of these songs his song "IF" got a platinum sales in America which he presented to his father and it was accepted by his father.
His major hit songs has been made an album called "A Good Time".
The album was one of the most anticipated album in Africa before it was released, On the release of the album it doubled and tripled Davido's fans on instagram making him one of the first African male artist to reach 15 million followers on instagram.
Obo had disputes with his sibling "B-Red" at the HKN music record label and created his own record label called "DMW" davido music worldwide.
The record label turned out to be one of the biggest music labels in Africa, With major collaborations and endorsement deals his record label has made a fortune, Among his other achievement davido has helped many artists into the Nigeria music industry including artist in is label and artist with other labels like "Tekno-Holiday feat davido, Peruzzi, Mystro, Mayorkun, Dremo, and helped others celebrities.
Silver bird benin also announced in the year 2015 that davido gave a super fan 1 million Naira and also supported a child singing his song financially through his school.
He also helped a former Olamide signed artist called "LYTA" to bring his song into the music spotlight by featuring him.
Recently also donated millions with his father and donated it to their state and to the Nigerian government to tackle the novel corona virus ravaging the country.
