Six Nigerian Air Force personnel attached to ex CDS sent to jail.
Recently,six air Officials who were the aid to late Air Force chief,Mashal Alex Badeh have been sent to jail by court in Abuja Nigeria.
Alex Badeh died Dec 18th 2018, when he was fatally shot by gunmen that has still yet not been identified when he was on the Abuja Lafia road.when he died,it was announced by the Nigerian Air Force.
After three years of proper investigation, the Nigerian police department has been able to link and trace back the murder of the former defense staff to six air force personnel.

According to the statement
"Six NAF personnel, who were aide to former CDS were awarded various sentence by GCM sitting at NAF base, Bill Clinton drive, Abuja. The personnel were standing trial for various offenses,delivering his judgement the president of GCM Air Commodore, David Aluku pronounced the six personnel guilty of various charges.
"This includes their failure to perform military duties, by absconding from the convoy of the deceased former CDS,while it came under attack,as well as conduct to the prejudice of service discipline,for giving false statements.
"The charge against the accused also included other civil offences of criminal conspiracy and miscellaneous offences relating to property,for illegal disposing of 79 rounds of 5.6mm live ammunition issued for the protection of late CDS.
"While pleading in mitigation, the defense counsels urges the court to show leniency, describing the accused person as first time offenders,the sentences were announced as being subject to confirmation by Appropriate Superior Authority ".
The director of public relations cited that the six personnel who were the aid to late CDS had links with his death, by illegal disposing of live ammunition and failing to perform their military duties towards a the late CDS.
