Actually both eggs produced by both breeds are healthy for consumption, but the ones produced by the native fowl are organic so they have less unhealthy cholesterol compared to that of the Agric fowl,So make the choose yourself.
So is one healthier than the other one, study shows that Brown eggs have more Omega-3 fatty acid than white eggs, but the difference between them is relatively small so taking one more than you take the other does not really make much difference between them.
