The president of Nigeria in his statement says there are plans to ease up the restriction order that was enforced last month on three states including the FCT, Abuja.
The easing of the lock down in the Abuja,Lagos and Ogun state will commence on may 4th.
The ease up was done because of the continues deviation of the country's economy and rising hunger cases in the country,The president made a speech and said that he had approved a gradual lifting of the lockdown measures in some certain states which includes the federal capital territory.
According to his speech
"The Federal and state government have jointly collaboratively worked hard on how to balance the need to protect health while also while also preserving livelihood,leveraging global best practices while keeping in mind our perculiar circumstances."
President Buhari announced a nation wide curfew which is from 8pm to 6am,compulsory wearing of mask and ban of unnecessary travelling from one state to another,wearing of masks is now compulsory,as it is declared by the president.
He enforced two weeks of total lock down in Kano state, which has had a mysterious death toll and is also the most populous state in Nigeria.
