The International Monetary Fund grants fund relief for countries that are in the organization due to fall of ebony due to corona virus toll.

The International Monetary Fund is an organization that was created by the combination of countries with the same interest on business terms to help theirselves out during financial struggles and economic recession.it also helps to manage global monetary cooperation, secure financial security,facilitate international trade,promote high employment and reduce poverty.it was created in year 1945.

The organization now has 189 countries in total including African countries,it has made it decision to help some of the nations in the organization due to the corona virus pandemic that has been hitting hard on the world.

    Ms Kristalina Georgieva ,who is the managing director of the organization announced in Washington DC that there was going to be relief for 25 countries in their organization,to allow the nations to be fully able to handle the pandemic.

According to the statement,she said"today am pleased  to say that our executive board approved immediate dept relief to 25 countries of the IMF's members countries under the revamped Catastrophic Containment and Relief Trust(CCRT) as part of fund response to help address the impact of covid-19 pandemic."

"This provides grants for our poorest and most vulnerable members to cover their IMF depts for an initial phase over the next six months and will help them channel their financial resources towards vital emergency medical and other relief efforts."

"The CCRT can currently provide about $500 million in grant-based dept service relief,including recent $185 million pledges by UK and $100 million provided by Japan as immediately available resources.others including China and Netherlands are stepping forward with important contributions.i urge other donor to help replenish the Trust Resource and boost further ability to provide additional service relief for a two years for our poorest countries."

 Countries like China and Netherlands have already been making important contributions to the International Monetary Fund.
