Some African countries could hit corona virus peak in weeks,says Who


The United Nations have urged the africa nations to increase the testing and the way they tackle the corona virus pandemic before it takes it toll.

The World Health Organisation observed that the corona virus cases that are now confirmed in the africa countries have increased,and warning the africa nations to handle and increase the ways of tackling the issue to prevent widespread which would be a major fall in underdeveloped and developing countries in the continent.

     According to the WHO,
During the last four days, we can see that the numbers have doubled.

This was said by the WHO Programme Manager for Emergency Response  Yao Michel on thursday.
"if the trend continues and also learning from what happened in China and Europe,some countries may face a huge peak and this could happen in the forthcoming weeks."

He said this without naming or giving a list of the countries that the peak may be expected,as across African countries the numbers of cases confirmed is still low at the main time,they emphasized that without help some of the countries would suffer because of the incapability to take care of it. 

The World Health Organisation director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyasus said without help and action poor countries and vulnerable communities could suffer enormous devastation.
He continued,the havoc wrought in wealthy nation in hundred days since China first informed the WHO of the corona virus in Wuhan China.the world bank announced that the pandemic could push the sub-Saharan African countries into recession.
