Lagos Lock Down:Lagos Withdraws Charges against Naira Marley

Lagos State Government has just withdrawn the charges against the nigeria musician Naira Marley and a lagos politician called Babatunde Gbadamos.

Incase you don't know what happened that brought the charges:
Naira marley and Babatunde Gbadamosi and his wife was among others who also attended the birthday of JJC skillz that was celebrated by Funke Akindele and others celebrities in Lagos state despite the curfew that was enforced by the government for citizens of the state to maintain social distancing among themselves to prevent the further spreading of the corona virus to a larger number of people.

Naira marley and Babatunde Gbadamosi was arraigned in the court,and the date of the arraignment in the court is Wednesday 8th of April in the Lagos State Magistrate Court in ogba.
Unfortunately,during the proceedings the court journalist and reporters were not allowed into the court room,but at the end of the event one of the defense counsel Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa(SAN) who withdrew the four counts charge filed against the defendants briefed the reporters and journalist what happened in the court room.

He announced that the state has withdrawn the charges on the condition that the defendants would offer an apology to the president of the Federal Republic of  Nigeria Major General Muhammadu Buhari and the Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
