Senator President:Ahmad Lawan says "I am not a rubber stamp"That they would challenge Buhari's Government

Nigeria Senate president Ahmad lawan has said that he is not a rubber stamp,that he would challenge Buhari's government.

       Senator Lawan's spokesperson announced the information that he had concerning Buhari's government.According to his spokesperson he said that the Senate would not tolerate any mistakes from the federal government.his spokesperson quoted what he said.Thus;

        Yes I believe in Buhari as a person and I also believe in my party,APC,but I believe that our problems as nigerians are nigerian problem,they are neither PDP nor APC,they are Nigeria problems that requires Nigeria solution.

        So we have to work together,we will be there for the executive arm of government to push the country forward,we are going to Challenge the executive in a manner that is decent but decisive,as a minister you have to do your ministerial job well, we will make government appointee to do what is required of them,we have to deal with issues confronting us,it not going to be easy but we have to build a relationship with mutual respect,collaboration and partnership,it is  achieveable. 

   The Senate president then encouraged the women in the country to participate in politics,that the space in the country is wide enough to accommodate women in politics.
